Personal Training


I believe that for the greatest results an Integrated Training Approach is essential. WE will focus on Functional Movement patterns, optimal Joint range of motion, and increasing overall strength and Endurance in our sessions.

In June of 2023, I became an NASM CPT. I started this certification while recovering from my ACL injury. I always had aspirations to become a personal trainer; however, this was the first time in my life that resistance training became my primary form of exercise and I fell in love with it. I realized that this truly was another missing link to my dancing, and it taught me so much about the science behind movement. The proper sequencing, the different modalities of training, proper movement and alignment assessments, and the science behind different muscular and bodily symptoms are just a few things I investigated thoroughly. I am inspired by my own personal trainer, physical therapist, and other mentors I have worked with throughout my own fitness journey, and also incorporate my pilates knowledge into my personal training sessions.

I believe in an integrated approach to fitness and health. My programs will include a combination of flexibility, cardio, core, balance, plyometric, speed, agility, quickness, and resistance training! Whether your goal is to work on general stabilization and relieving joint pain or increasing endurance for a performance or athletic event, personal training will help you. I have worked with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and goals. Together we will create the perfect training program for YOU! You can work with me virtually or in person!
