I am a comprehensive pilates instructor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I work with clients ranging from age 8-80 in private or group sessions! Resistance Training, Reformer or Mat pilates, Hiit, Cardio, and Flexibility…we can do it all. Specifically with dancers I help them to find proper alignment, increase joint ROM and flexibility, and correct muscular imbalances. After working through my ACL reconstructive surgery recovery and correcting FAI in both hips, I became so passionate about joint health. I will work with clients to find more space, strength, and length in the body and mind!
